Hey! We're the Hollners. We grew up, own real estate, got married, work, have kids and run a small business in the Capital Region, NY. We've contemplated moving elsewhere, but this is where our parents have made home, so we've made home. We bought the house Mike's grandfather built in the 50's in 2018, got married in 2019 and had 3 kids in 2020, 2021 and 2024.  Since 2020, we've been obsessed with the process of working with property owners and business owners. Throughout the journey, we've adapted to suit your needs. We're NYS Licensed to sell Real Estate as an agent for Hamel Real estate. We're FAA certified and licensed as remote pilots to be able to market or inspect your property as soon as today. We're slightly OCD in ensuring your property is presented well whether it's on the market or not!

Through the years, we've evolved to not focus so much on simply what we get paid to do, but what we can ENJOY doing for you. For some reason we're taught to leave the truck toys and doll houses behind and that is a fundamental flaw in our upbringing. You can still play with the toys, they're just bigger, and you need to think about HOW you can get them rather than just say they are not attainable. The Clubhouse is a place we can all stay kids whether you are infantile or adult.
